Day One

So this was the first one I did. I took Van G's Cafe Terrace and tried to copy it with my own "flavor" just to see how close I could get. I painted this in LA, sitting at the kitchen table. The easel you see it on now was a wonderful gift from lady who lived in the condo's above the hotel I worked at in Chicago.
